This image is the 15th in Laurence Cawley’s project “After”, which conveys a deeply personal story of maternal abandonment. The xylophone was given to the artist by his father shortly after his mother left the pair of them.

Exhibited as part of the Landings 2020 exhibition in Falmouth, Cornwall.

10in x 8in print on 230gsm archival matt paper print using Epson HD ink.

Limited to 50 prints at this size.

Each print will come with a certificate of authenticity signed and dated by Laurence.
